A counter inside Concord's new Indian supermarket, and a kitchen behind it that never quite stops: a ten-curry hot line, a tawa that never cools, a case of cakes, dessert jars lined up before the doors open, and jalebi made in-house.
Order at the counter, sit by the windows, or take it home. Every curry comes in 10, 16 and 32 oz. Neighbours already call it the star of the store.
